Uphora offers many different genres, styles, and techniques of dance and fitness with each of our 20+ instructors bringing their own flavor and flare to their classes. So, our membership offerings reflect all these differences. Our classes are divided into the two main categories: Dance Fitness and Specialized classes. The class names on our schedules are labeled to reflect its category. See below:

• C1 stands for Category 1 which includes most of our Dance Fitness classes (i.e., Zumba, Hip Hop fitness, Samba, etc.)
• C2 stands for Category 2 which includes most of our Specialized classes (i.e., Choreo, Funk, Salsa, Bachata, Sexy Fit, etc.)
• EX stands for classes, socials, workshops, or events typically led by guest/temporary instructors that are EXCLUDED from the standard memberships and/or class packs.
